Jodie Tapscott heads up the Responsible Investment function at Colonial First State. Her responsibilities are dedicated to implementing CBA Group’s Responsible Investment Framework across the Wealth Management business, and the Principles of Responsible Investment within CFS by developing RI strategy, policy, product and process for the Product and Investments teams and integrating ESG and climate risk management, analysis, reporting and disclosure into CFS investment processes.
Prior to focusing on RI, Jodie led AMP’s Platform Investment Solutions team and was responsible for the investment governance of AMP’s wrap and master trust platform products. In this role she developed the investment menu strategy of each product, oversaw the manager research, selection and implementation process of investment options, and managed the portfolio of funds. She started her career at Mercer Investments as a consultant specializing in Wealth Management and Responsible Investment.
Jodie has a BEc (Finance & Economics) from the University of New South Wales and is currently completing an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
